I learned so much here as both a designer and from being around excellent project managers. The information I learned helped me greatly understand a field that I knew almost nothing about coming in. Everyone was kind, there were no unrealistic expectations, everyone was approchable. I got to travel a fair amount and the president himself told everyone who traveled not to skimp on accomodations and food etc.

Cons

As a consulting firm a project could be at the whims of clients so suddenly something would 100% absolutely be done which would lead to some late nights. As a growing company sometimes there weren't enough resources to get the job done as quickly or as well as everyone would like, but these were rare exceptions.
