I was able to get experience in an IT environment to open my doors towards IT kind of job

Cons

Environment not very likeable. Had to work 12-16 hrs everyday with no compensation, basically volunteering Mangers do not have boundaries meaning they text after hrs

Fancy office and equipment, good project

Cons

Some of the director have zero management skills. Working on weekend most of the time. They avoid conflicts . My director would ask friend coworker to tell them what time you get in in the morning. Very toxic vibe Absolutely no questioning from their side if anything is wrong. Not all director are like this though, some are very nice.
