This has to be the most Frugal company in existence. The owners, the Schnittker family, are very cheap. They don’t pay their employees well and they don’t buy resources needed to do to the job. They use crappy computers you would most likely find from a circuit city in the 90s. They can’t even afford Microsoft windows or office licenses. This is the first company I have been at where they didn’t use office.

This folks clearly do not know how to program. This is what happens when you take old, incompetent cobol programmers and turn them in to java developers. The application that they wrote is a disgrace to all java developers. They try to write their java code like it is cobol code. It doesn’t take advantage of all the features java has to offer. They don’t know object oriented programming. They don’t know java design patterns. They have like 50,000 classes is in their application and not a single interface. They write procedural code using java. That defeats the purpose of java. If you like writing clean, readable code, I suggest not working here. This is the kind of place you would work at after you realized you have no place to go in life and have exhausted all options.
