Management heavily favors certain individuals within the company and it is well known come time for promotions and bonuses. Hard work has very little impact on this structure.
Also, this company is not very well organized. They are not sure if they want to be big or small so the do what benefits senior management.
Senior managment sometimes trusts certain individuals which may not performing in a profficient manner for the company. In other words they should probably do a better job to audit themselves throughout the company to make sure business is operating efficiently
