There is a lack of remote options and even hybrid options which is not industry standard and can affect employees' work-life balance 50+ Long Hour weeks when there are deadlines There is a strong favoritism culture at the company which makes hard-working employees feel frustrated It can become hard to advance your career if you are not on the good side of the manager or do not belong to their "group" even if you produce good work. Not easy to transfer between offices or departments

A lot of talking behind your back. Will not tell you if your doing a good job until your let go. Favoritism for the people who make it a year. Abusive supervisors who have been reported and are still working there. "Best place to work" ha, if you can make it a couple of months your in I guess.
