Toxic work place and culture largely driven by management. Management abuses, exploits, and overworks employees. Bad behavior is swept under the rug and rewarded via promotions, raises, an bonuses, while everyone else gets the minimum amount. Long hours and stolen/no recognition for hard work. Management is often dishonest, unethical, and lacks moral values and you are punished and/or ostracized if you speak up about it. Heavy favoritism and bullying towards employees and clients.

Low salary they blame on the ESOP. The ESOP is "free money" you have to roll over to a retirement fund if you don't want to get taxed at a high rate for taking it in cash early. Bonuses are reduced if you work "too much" overtime. toxic work work environment
