      Pros

      Flexible schedule, when it's busy it's busy. Good benefits, likable people.

      Cons

      Not every group is created equal. Fortunately my group does very well, but I can only imagine how the others feel when it comes to raises/Christmas bonuses. Favoritism within the groups as well. Get on your manager's good side early.

      Pros

      Great Benefits, great bonuses, easy to move around departments if you know the right people and you put in work.

      Cons

      Stingy with raises, little pay, management very gossipy. One of the management cursed me daily, felt up some other co worker, and no actions were taken against him. Its definitely who you know.

      Awesome Company to Work For!

      Pros

      Lots of room for advancement from current job. It is a great learning environment. Great bonus structure. It is based off of performance which helps everyone do their best work. Employee owned company - Profit sharing program. Great work retirement saving. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Work can get a little overwhelming sometimes but that comes with a company that is continuously growing.
