      Pros

      The work is pretty challenging and most of the people are great

      Cons

      Management is completely out of touch and workers aren't recognized for their hard work and dedication. Also people in certain departments are consistently under paid compared to the rest of the company as well as other firms in the area.

      Pros

      The people are really kind and supervisors place a lot of trust in entry-level folks like me.

      Cons

      Communication workflow is a little off sometimes between engineers and architects. Also it was difficult to work remotely during the pandemic and the company was not very accommodating of that.
