The company's culture and pay is a joke. I'm waiting for the punchline to be delivered soon.
Pros
The Pros are very handful. You get the basic necessities covered, cab, insurance.
Cons
The salary is peanuts, their favourite quote is "we're giving according to the industry standards" yeah maybe from 2010. The hikes are very less for laterals. The so called family culture is a joke and honestly so backward, it created unnecessary tangles between personal and professional lives. There are no cab facilities for day shift workers, the allowance is very low. Flat organization, not much to look forward to, so you're stuck in the same position for years. There is a lot of micromanagement and favouritism like every other corporate, but only worse. The dress code, jeez feels like I'm in a boarding school with so many restrictions. There is no overtime allowance, the management also makes you work on Saturday and Sunday and calls it "process requirement". No transparency. Everybody jusy loves hanging on to their so called LKQ values and does nothing to make the company better. The company loves to keep reminding everyone that it is a Fortune 500 company, but any idiot with little knowledge would know that it is only able to sustain itself in the market by the way of inorganic growth. There is nothing Fortune 500 about this company, so grow up and stop blowing your trumpets.
