Working at LKQI has been an overwhelmingly enriching experience where I have grown not just professionally, but personally as well. From day one, I have been given opportunities to explore, learn, and contribute meaningfully and the trust placed in me to handle end-to-end responsibilities has empowered me to take ownership and develop a well-rounded understanding of my role. Joining LKQI has been a turning point in my career. Stepping into the role of team leader for the first time was both exciting and challenging and I couldn't have asked for a better environment to grow in. The trust placed in me, the freedom to lead with accountability have played a key role in shaping my leadership journey. What made this transition even more impactful was the constant support and guidance from my manager Mr. Naveen S, whose mentorship has helped me evolve with confidence. From decision-making to people management, I have learned immensely through real-time experiences and from constructive and open feedback. His support has played a huge role in shaping my journey and helping me grow with confidence. He not only guided me through challenges but also empowered me to lead with purpose and he has encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and take ownership with assurance. Through his way of Leadership style, I have learned how to lead with clarity, empathy, and consistency. His trust in my potential has been a constant motivator in my journey.
