Pros

Friendly and uber casual work environment, Flexible schedules, advocates promoting from within, everyone has laptops, ability to work extra hours during the month and get one day off

Cons

PTO is not competitive, benefits are good but expensive, more bonus opportunities needed for more positions, more formal training needed at supervisory level and above.

Pros

The men that spill the blood in the mud on a day to day basis you know who you are. These guys are great people ( the workers)

Cons

No raises, management only cares about their quarterly bonuses and that's it. They will throw you under the bus at the drop of a hat, if it helps them climb the latter. And by the way its a 10' latter whit only 3 rungs at the bottom. So you won't be climbing much

Great team spirit led by a manager that invests wholeheartedly into the growth of not only the plant but the individuals that work there.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility or growth within region. Lack of care beyond our individual plant management. Raises given to very very small percentage of employees each year, some not for 5+ years.
