      Pros

      It is a very large company with plenty of room for advancement for many jobs, lots of locations to work from as well.

      Cons

      They are more concerned with their stock value than their employees. Obviously some stores are better than others but on a corporate level they could absolutely care less about the people working in the trenches. The biggest problem I think stems from integrating management from acquisitions. I've had 4 different VPs telling me 4 different things and 3 of them were clueless,

      Terrible Leadership and VPs

      Pros

      Working with dedicated employees at branch. Company kept good inventory levels to sell from.

      Cons

      Titles get in the way of smart decisions. Especially above branch level management. From district level and above it is all about getting the largest bonus possible while disregarding true needs and employee needs. Very hard for a driver or warehouse person to receive a raise. Ran by VPs who have no clue about day to day operations. Everyone is a number to DMs and VPs. Almost every employee at branch level is made to feel that their job is on the line daily. Regardless of their performance. Not a fun place to work.
