Not so great

Pros

1. 5 day work week. 2. Health benefits. 3. A/C 4. Dealing with customers.

Cons

1. Terrible training. 2. Managers too stressed out and too busy to help when needed. 3. Commission very quickly; most large accounts held by people who've been there awhile and it takes time to earn the trust needed. 4. Huge turnover rate with extravagant expectations for new people who were poorly trained. 5. Take a vacation and lose customers and commission from others eager to take them from you. 6. Totally non-collaborative work environment. This is not a team environment at all, dog eat dog.

Pros

Mon-Fri workweek , that's about it.

Cons

Always running, delivering parts. Never knowing when your day will end. No time to think straight. They want you to talk and upsell the customers but if you did you would be putting in 14 hour days maybe more. Money compared to hours worked not worth the aggravation. STAY AWAY

Company does not pay the small people anything, so turn over is awful.
