Pros
The company is really great about giving back to the community, reaching out to employees in need, and making it more than just a job. I feel as if they try to make it a community within the company. During a very big scare for our family and other employees' who had tragedy, they really have risen above.
Cons
The company is large enough to pay their employees more than what they do currently. We had to have someone come in and do wage leveling for us to start getting cost of living raises and ever since that happened, it has become harder to get adequate raises for performance. I look at the industry standard for my position, I am underpaid by a lot. The benefits and the environment are what have kept me here, and when I have asked for a raise, I got it, but it was a few cents and not enough to make a difference. Potential to grow is possible but VERY slow moving. If you show that you can increase performance, they will gladly give you more work or responsibility, but the pay doesn't end up equating the work load.
