Pros

Active management. People from the management and the HR team are very much active and is always up with any resolution. There is good coordination among the team and you will never feel like left out in the organisation with no updates. The management along with the IT team is very much active in fixing issues and assisting you whenever needed. Salary details very well explained during induction along with medical and health benefits.

Cons

Training facility needs to get improved in situations where people are working from home.

Some old school rules like on time attendance and mandatory formals. Lot of paper based work still when it comes to re-imbursments etc.
