The management of this company is deplorable, they have no concern about the employee at all. It is like they are members of the mob, and if you don't agree to be one of their underlings, and do the dirty work you are treated poorly and forced out. I worked in the AR Department in Nashville, and it is a joke. I have been in AR for 25 years and have never seen a more poorly run, mismanaged organization in my life. Their turn over rate is huge, I know while I was there we lost 8 people in a 3 month span, yet upper management seems to pay no attention. A turnover rate like that says something about management, because people don't quit jobs, they quit management! In that company you get to leadership by who you know and the hinney you kiss, no other way!
