Pros

You really get your hours here a great company to work for overall I mean you’ll have to check it out

Cons

When you’re new to this type of work it’s hard learning the route but I mean long as you’re one of those people who have a great memory you’ll be fine

Pros

Friendly and uber casual work environment, Flexible schedules, advocates promoting from within, everyone has laptops, ability to work extra hours during the month and get one day off

Cons

PTO is not competitive, benefits are good but expensive, more bonus opportunities needed for more positions, more formal training needed at supervisory level and above.

Pros

It is a full-time job. The supervisors on my team are friendly and helpful. The people I work with are friendly, esp if they see you pulling your weight.

Cons

Working 12 hour shifts on concrete. You are eligible to be hired in from a temp position after 90 days, but that doesn't mean you will be then. You may be working there up to a year or more before you get hired in with this company. Therefore, the benefits are not realized until then.
