Supportive of a work/life balance and great benefits. I feel valued and respected throughout this 8+ years of Journey. LKQI is always been an incredible assortment of dedicated and trustworthy members who have the zeal of working hard as a team. I have the freedom to do my job without being micro-managed or decisions I make. I’m very proud to be a part of this wonderful organization. It’s not about being proud of LKQI; It’s just a sense of belonging. Surrounded by collaborative, friendly, passionate, and talented colleagues that want to help people learn. The culture and values are great. Great thing in LKQI is people are treated with respect, and the company is good at putting people in positions to maximize their strengths.
