Management sucks,pay sucks no overtime. Let's employees get away with alot that they probably shouldn't be able to, they commission plan sucks you make almost no money with it. Make you donut bound calls which 99% of the customers you are calling already have a sales rep. So if you sell them something the sales rep takes that sale and management sides with the other sales rep so you look bad when they told you to call

Giving 1 driver 26 routes or even 13 when there are workers walking around the warehouse. Managers look out for themselves. Over works best workers because they figure they can handle it. Currently 4 employees preparing to actively seek other employment. While they like the work - seniority doesn't matter. The pay isn't worth it. Buying donuts does nothing but add to the waist line. Sales people are babies and don't carry their own load and puts selling off on drivers who have unrealistic stop times of 5 mins per stop when they customer wants to inspect and complain about minor stuff.
