      Good advancement if you show up and work. If you just show up you want go no where

      Cons

      Opportunities to advance if you take the time and effort to prove yourself benefits are good advancement opportunities as a good if you make it happen for yourself

      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly, some people of management listens to your concerns. Great experience if you are just starting in the career field.

      Cons

      Over-worked, constantly told that adding an extra person or even a small 'raise' is not in the 'budget', however they are currently in the process of building a multi-million dollar building from the ground up, and also saved 5 million... yes MILLION dollars on removing one flap of cardboard... but oh no it's not in the budget! If you want to move-up you will either have to 'suck up' or get luckily picked for a project to get randomly chosen to get moved up because you now have 'experience'. Also the amount of work that you do is not worth the compensation.

      Pros

      Some good people work here, there aren't many days when you will be totally bored.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what is going on, doesn't care what is going on and is only in it to make their bonus. Plant Managers make more yearly bonus on what they save the plant so they will refuse to get new equipment, let current equipment wallow and pay as low as they possibly can for the positions regardless of how skilled the worker may need to be.
