Pros
Casual dress code, jean day every day. Overtime allowed and you are able to work your own schedule within reason. Great cooperation when time off is needed for appointments etc.
Cons
Lack of management support - rather than asking about an issue that has occurred, blame is placed first sometimes resulting in a write up, then once the issue has been resolved and result is not the error of the employee the write up is still in place and no apologies have been given.
