      I started my career as a fresher and today if I look back with 2+ years of experience, I had a great learning, a lot of opportunities which will up skill oneself. The Leadership, Management, and HR are extremely supportive and totally invested in our growth. Few of the wonderful things at LKQI are: • Values and Culture – Family environment, autonomy at work • Work-life balance, Fun at work, sports. • Professional conduct by everyone • Safe and conducive work environment. •LKQ has a Toastmasters club associated which gives you an opportunity to develop your Leadership and communication skills. I have a great experience working here and looking forward to a great career here.
