      One of the best companies to work for and they are growing fast. Lots of room to move up in the company. good benefits

      upper management is out of touch with lower management. turnover is high in some areas of work.

      depending on where you work you get good hours. discounts on parts. thats about it

      insurance is ridiculously high. no raises ever. the only ones who can support a family is the dismantling shop or upper management. if you are not one of them they could care less. i love my job but hate this company. they will tell you that a raise is coming but its only to keep you happy. i love what i do but this company to to realize that everyone here matters not just the dismantling and management
