      Poor treatment of staff by supervisors

      Pros

      Free boots, free coffee/tea and some of the colleagues were nice.

      Cons

      Supervisor would shout at staff in Dutch who didn't understand Dutch - Openly name calling and yelling at staff. High turnover of order picker staff in the warehouse due to poor treatment. The supervisors also did not respect the clock in times for staff, I clocked in on time and was accused of being late because my supervisor had not "seen" me so claimed i was 5 mins late. This was shocking as I had used a clock in card but they did not care and just tried to belittle me so I walked out.

      Very poor salary, non-functional management. In this company you don't have any right for your personal life, you have to work even in vacation

      We have great Culture and Values , friendly and supportive atmosphere, Also it follows work life balance. Day by day company is growing, Good benefits and very good safety practices.

      Would not accept any mistakes immediate termination if any violation.
