      Corporate office is in the train station.

      Cons

      No work/life balance Management doesn't care about employees' well being Not recognized for work performed Micromanaged company Compensation is lacking PTO is the only time off given- no extra sick days Not an EO company- don't care if you develop a disability while on the job

      Good pay, Good schedule work is very flexible.

      Cons

      loose deals easily, negative returns can hurt your pocket, fighting for accounts with co-workers..survival of the fittest.

      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly, some people of management listens to your concerns. Great experience if you are just starting in the career field.

      Cons

      Over-worked, constantly told that adding an extra person or even a small 'raise' is not in the 'budget', however they are currently in the process of building a multi-million dollar building from the ground up, and also saved 5 million... yes MILLION dollars on removing one flap of cardboard... but oh no it's not in the budget! If you want to move-up you will either have to 'suck up' or get luckily picked for a project to get randomly chosen to get moved up because you now have 'experience'. Also the amount of work that you do is not worth the compensation.
