My growth is very progressive., I started as a Content Analyst (MDM) than I moved to different team as a Data Analyst - Team Lead data Analyst - Business Analyst - Subject matter Expert(SME) and currently, I am Leading Business Intelligence team, Pricing and Analytics Team. Its a great place to work with as company treats employees as a family and provides great work life balance. Company provides numorous benefits in terms of monetary, recognitions and trainings. As company is growing there are less get togethers to meet and great. More interaction is needed between employees and leadership team, which is necessary to maintain better bonding. Flat organizationa structure
