Pros

The company is growing and expanding by purchasing many new companies. They have taught me a lot about the industry and I have really learned a lot

Cons

the pay just is not where i wouldlike it to be. The work is tedious but is pretty simple. It is fairly easy to pass others and standout however even by doing so there isn't much compensation to correlate your work output.

Pros

Nice office and friendly coworkers. Occasional cookouts in the Nashville location.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. Certain IT Managers/Directors are part of the Good Ole Boys club. There should be a divide so that there isnt the feeling of improprieties being taken. Unprofessional comments from Management and Supervisor's are the norm. Training is ok but its hard to get. Promotions are based off of who you go out with for a drink.
