      depending on where you work you get good hours. discounts on parts. thats about it

      Cons

      insurance is ridiculously high. no raises ever. the only ones who can support a family is the dismantling shop or upper management. if you are not one of them they could care less. i love my job but hate this company. they will tell you that a raise is coming but its only to keep you happy. i love what i do but this company to to realize that everyone here matters not just the dismantling and management

      co-workers are the only thing that is real about this company.

      Cons

      To many hours, low pay, workers are lost in the unorganized mix, company to big for itself, I do feel bad for middle management, this is a prefect example of a self serving large corp.
