What's expected of you is crystal clear & explained when hired

Cons

Dismantlers are required to finish 14 cars a day. At times the company is behind and then you are asked to stay and do "extras" there is a $10.00 per car incentive for anything you do over 14 cars. It's a very physically demanding job & you must be able to stand heat.
