      Have heard some female employees complaining about the flirting thing that is rampant in this organisation. Women do not come forward even when there is POSH committee as few from POSH committee itself are involved as they themselves flirt. Women are unsafe

      * Good Insurance Cover for self and parental. * Event Management

      *I joined as a fresher but I went through lot of criticism and racisim as due not from the KA state. * There's is no sabbatical leave policy *Managers and Leaders will hire candidates based upon their regions which clearly shows they are not running a company rather than a political party. *Very bad of lead HR ( A. Gowda) as I lost my job in the Covid time *
