      I'm currently employed at this company, and I continue to be impressed by the abundance of growth opportunities, the strong family-like culture, and the exceptional leadership. It's a wonderful place to work, and I'm grateful to be part of the team, Kishore serves as a true inspiration for many of us. His leadership and dedication set a high standard, and we're fortunate to have him leading our team.

      I appreciate the flexibility provided to managers, and I believe that offering some additional benefits on transport allowances would further enhance the overall employee experience. It's a suggestion worth considering for the company's continued improvement.
