      Lack of management involvement

      Pros

      Casual dress code, jean day every day. Overtime allowed and you are able to work your own schedule within reason. Great cooperation when time off is needed for appointments etc.

      Cons

      Lack of management support - rather than asking about an issue that has occurred, blame is placed first sometimes resulting in a write up, then once the issue has been resolved and result is not the error of the employee the write up is still in place and no apologies have been given.

      Pros

      Hard to think of anything really good. Possibly the insurance is average at best.

      Cons

      The upper management including operations and above is very bad. They do not listen to their employees and do not care about what is taking place. They just want employees to give beyond what they are capable of for less money then they should, then they let you walk out or fire you. Need a complete upper management firing is what they need.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no accountability for people not performing their job. Operations a complete disaster. Worried more about how long your on the phone than servicing customers and delivering their parts.
