Large company with advancement opportunities

Men act as if it’s a meat market rather than a job . Older men hit on younger women constantly and when they complain NOTHING is done! Except now you’re looked at as a problem for saying anything because they can’t afford to loose employees that have been there twenty years or more so it’s swept under the rug. The female leads are pathetic one of them comes into work every morning with a hangover and the employees take the brunt of that. The other one so timid and weak she cannot talk to employees by herself because she’s afraid of her own shadow. The lead maintenance man is a bully that walks around with an attitude giving everyone dirty looks and trying to intimidate everyone. If a supervisor doesn’t like you they will try and cut your hours even if you don’t work for them. It’s a horrible horrible work environment. Do not work here….
