No pros This is a job with no future what so ever No type of future Corrupt management They will give you the boot if your not with management They don't value their employees

Cons

Working long hour Always expect you to stay for ot Low pay Always expect you to do more but they don't want to do more for the employees

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, clear and well defined job duties, clear goals for each person and team, managers look out for their team.

Cons

Small office with small teams. No room for growth or promotion. Good old boys club. Sales team sales goals can often be out of reach.

pay was average but good people were great.

Cons

Costumers were pain in the back side at times. long work days. 10 12 hrs a day some times 6 days a week.
