Great place to start but don't stay.

Pros

Employees are friendly, benefits ok

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with their employee's needs. Promises of raises, but never happens. They are able to keep individuals pay lower due to classifying employee's with lower paying positions; all the while demanding more work. Only sales and management get bonuses, support staff does not.

Pros

The pay was okay, that's it.

Cons

High turnover rate means new employees feel discardable, and are treated that way. Management are bullies, to say the least. If you're too stupid to pass your certification exam, you can pay for it (on the downlow)- management encourages you to cheat and break the law. Overall it's a very poor employment excperience- even the longtime employees have abad attitude toward the entire company. Upper management is out of touch and don't even know what is going on.
