      I’ve had a couple bosses and they’ve all had great care for the people under them. Very focused on employee growth and happiness.

      Pros

      Excellent employee focus and commitment to employees. Strong compensation and fantastic place to work for more junior employees looking to move up. LMI is full of incredibly smart people and has the ability to attract top talent.

      Cons

      Tough to win new work and find growth opportunities beyond existing contracts.
