- All the managers I had were thoughtful, listened to my feedback, and were honest about role responsibilities - Unlimited PTO (I ended up using about 15 days for the full year I was there) - Compensation better than most gov contractors in DMV

Cons

- It's government contracting work; i.e., technology the customers using is outdated and business practices are hopelessly bureaucratic
