      A good company to start your career

      Pros

      Unlimited Leaves (If your client is okay, you are okay), no issues if your client is satisfied with your work. Pop-up bonus. Mentor and Mentee Program (Highly recommend if you just got hired)

      Cons

      LMI is a good company for me (No Doubt). However, if you want to build up your career progress in LMI, it seems like everything should be processed by Director's decision. However, the overall working environment and teams are all positive. Also, LMI offers commute benefits (Tax benefits), I hope LMI could change the policy to reimburse the travel costs for regular commute employees.
