      Pros

      As a company that won a contract that didn’t relate to anything they were currently familiar with before, they pretty much let us run things as we always have.

      Cons

      Bad management, no money for supplies, no chances for advancement, overall cluelessness as to what type of work needed to be done for the contract they had won, terrible insurance plans, etc.
