      Professional company with a plan

      Pros

      The company has clients in almost every major government agency. Great projects being managed! They appreciate their employees and work hard to impress their clients. Wealth of knowledge and encouraged professional development. Unlimited PTO is amazing because it shows trust and allows management of your own time.

      Cons

      As an employee supporting a government contract at the client site, it can be difficult to access and communicate with the company through government computers as apposed to LMI computers. This results in a feeling a bit isolated from the company. But with some effort on my part, I can find plenty of opportunities to connect in my free time or on my personal devices.

      Great Company Culture; Project Culture Dependent

      Pros

      Love the company culture, very caring towards employees. Lots of changes occurring, but briefed regularly. Lots of employees who have been there 10+ years.

      Cons

      Team culture is very project/management dependent. Current team has issues with micromanagement, but currently still enjoy the work and lots of opportunities to move to another team if desired.
