Stable but not good for career advancement

Pros

Laid-back environment. People here have been in the industry for a long time and have stayed with the company for a long time.

Cons

The demographic here is pretty old. If you are relatively younger, your feedback and opinion is not valued. Management decides what is right and what they think you should do. Little innovation. If you are looking to be promoted into management, find another company because the managers here are people who have stayed with the company for a very long time.

Pros

The pay is competitive, especially considering I was an undergraduate without a degree (yet). They are very supportive of their co-op students and do their best to listen to their needs. The program is definitely improving as it continues.

Cons

I couldn't imagine working there beyond a co-op because the company is so flat and you'd have to spend 40 years there before seeing any type of advancement.
