Pros

The pay is competitive, especially considering I was an undergraduate without a degree (yet). They are very supportive of their co-op students and do their best to listen to their needs. The program is definitely improving as it continues.

Cons

I couldn't imagine working there beyond a co-op because the company is so flat and you'd have to spend 40 years there before seeing any type of advancement.

Pros

business model relies on hiring of retired Gov staff with high level of experience. Good opportnity to work on enggements across different agencies

Cons

Business model hiring of retired Gov workers means low pay for others as these folks accept low pay since they double dip (pension + salary). The "not for profit" business motto is highly suspect not a real cause for low pay.
