      Supportive team but poor promotion and raises

      Pros

      People are great to work with, clients were always ecstatic with our work. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Bad at cultivating younger professionals, promotion cycle is out of wack, yearly raises are laughable and barely consider rising inflation costs, would get glowing reviews from clients and customers and my manager and then when it came time for yearly reviews I would get rated by someone higher up at the company who didn't know me and clearly didn't care that I was client facing and sat at at the customer site 5 days a week. The benefits have only gotten worse since I started, I used to have unlimited and now its quasi unlimited which is confusing

      Pros

      Great work life balance. You have the option to be fully remote, except for onsite work. Very chill environment

      Cons

      Benefit cuts, 401k cuts. They cut the amount of PTO for people under level 3 with no warning, and in the middle of the year. The PTO is "unlimited" so it was immediately in effect, there was none accrued up to that point. Expect more moves like this

      hard to move from project to project unless a contract ends.
