Great benefits and pay, plus small periodic gifts and events that make you feel part of a community.

Cons

Annual bonuses used to be a thing for everyone, now the company has shifted from that, causing a bit of disgruntled turnover.

As you note, we modified the eligibility criteria for our annual bonus program several years ago; however active, benefits-eligible, salaried employees who are not eligible for an annual bonus can participate in our spot bonus program.
