Some nice people. They did company events to try and bring everyone together. Eh

Cons

Some really great people to work with but in my particular department there wasn’t much symmetry. Very catty. There was a director there who had to have been in her early 30’s and wondered how she even got the job to begin with. Lots of reorganizing and some weren’t happy.

Pros

Flexibility is a major plus at LMI Generally, the company is understanding of work life balance as long as you are closer to entry level. Different markets and service lines have incredibly different cultures.

Cons

The company has consistently lowered the bar on benefits over the last 10 years. Best in class has become closer and closer to barely average in the industry. Changes over the last few years have left leadership consistently in unclear/murky positions. If you thrive when you have responsibilities, you should be okay.

Nice team, kind managers and yeah that's it.

Cons

Didn't have work anxiety/depression until I joined this job. Managers don't support you when you need. Some weeks you work 70 hours on the project and can only put in 40. You will have 15 meetings back to back. When this is brought up, higher ups shrug and say put 40 on your time sheets. They make you lie about the hours you put in. I was laughed at when I mentioned taking a break for lunch.
