      The company respects having a work life balance and promotes professional development through lots of opportunities for funding of further education.

      Cons

      Their leave policy is a little unclear and they are an “at will hire” place.

      Pros

      Opportunities to succeed, good network outside of client work, good pay and benefits. Good internal network for career transition and leadership does their best to keep you if options are available. Also have contracts in health and USPS if you want to get out of Defense industry.

      Cons

      Depends on client assignment. LMI leadership on different contracts may vary.
