Pros

Working at LMI has been a great experience overall. The biggest pro is definitely the sense of purpose—you’re not just another employee; you genuinely feel like the work you do has a meaningful impact on government operations. The diversity of projects keeps things interesting, and I've learned so much from the wide variety of challenges I’ve faced. The company culture is fantastic; people are supportive, and there’s always someone willing to share their knowledge. Also, the flexibility they offer makes it easier to balance work with my personal life. LMI is big on professional development too, which is great if you're looking to grow your skills and advance in your career. And being based in the D.C. area opens up so many opportunities for networking and getting involved in events that are relevant to the work we do.

Cons

It's a small company, so there is limited projects.
