      Pros

      -Flexible telework -Good benefits (when I was there, it was unlimited leave) -Wide breadth of portfolio/contract options

      Cons

      -Project managers are hit or miss - some are really great, but if you get one that's awful, they tend to be truly awful -Although you technically have unlimited leave, if you take too much, it's obviously frowned upon -When a contract ends (or if you want off of one), you might end of floating around for a bit if you're not proactive about finding another one -Pay is on the lower end of consulting

      Great group of people to work with. They allow as much PTO as you want. They believe in family time. Overall great company.

      Relaxed company but I don't think I will stay

      Relaxed atmosphere, decent benefits, and an education and certification stipend

      Cons

      Lack of mobility, lack of transparency, poor employee engagement, and difficulty finding more engagements.
