      Very Happy with LMI

      Pros

      -I really have a great Director I report to -Great benefits including an awesome 401k match and flexible leave -Management is dedicated to showing their employees they are important with gestures like annual awards, care boxes to homes, and huge winter soiree every year. -Work/Life balance is great -Being able to work from home especially now during COVID (I hope this become a permanent thing) -I work with a really great team of people

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of - so far, I'm pretty happy and have no intention of leaving.

      Best company I've ever worked for!

      Pros

      LMI is committed to their employees and their mission. I have been with the company for 2.5 years and have never worked for a company where the employees truly matter. Upper management listens and enacts change based on employee engagement and input. Our new CEO is taking the time to listen before enacting changes which is a definite change in any corporate structure. Internal Mobility is stressed within the company so there are plenty of places to grow internally.

      Cons

      Wish LMI reimbursed us for cell phone use as I use my personal phone for work often.
