      Great work-life balance but concerning benefit cuts

      Great work life balance. You have the option to be fully remote, except for onsite work. Very chill environment

      Cons

      Benefit cuts, 401k cuts. They cut the amount of PTO for people under level 3 with no warning, and in the middle of the year. The PTO is "unlimited" so it was immediately in effect, there was none accrued up to that point. Expect more moves like this

      HR and legacy system is kind of lagging behind rest of tech industry.
